About the role
Oversee daily manufacturing operations ensuring sanitation, hygiene, and production efficiency. Manage line productivity, batch accuracy, and staff performance in a food production facility.
What you’ll do
• Lead daily production operations and shift duties. • Monitor material usage and minimize waste. • Enforce sanitation and hygiene standards. • Supervise staff training and safety compliance. • Report faults and safety hazards promptly.
What you’ll bring
• 2 to 4 years supervisory experience in food manufacturing. • OND, HND, or B.Sc. in related field or equivalent experience. • Strong leadership and floor management skills. • Attention to cleanliness and quality control. • Candidates must reside in or near Lagos area.
