About the role
Maintain quality, availability, and usability of enterprise technology services through analysis and troubleshooting. Collaborate with teams to deliver reliable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Monitor service health and prioritize requests. • Investigate application, data, and user issues. • Coordinate escalations and communicate status. • Maintain tickets, knowledge articles, and reports. • Identify recurring problems and recommend fixes.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years experience in related role. • Experience with programming, APIs, SQL, testing, Git, CI/CD. • Ability to investigate issues using logs and tools. • Understanding of incident and service-level practices. • Work authorization for US citizens, Green Card, EAD, or H-1B transfer.
