About the role
Perform engineering duties for design and construction of public works projects in neighborhood streets. Manage projects from planning through construction and closeout.
What you’ll do
• Perform project management and civil engineering work. • Attend meetings with City leadership and stakeholders. • Support Engineering Manager in scope, budget, and schedule development. • Manage professional services and construction contracts. • Review and approve payment requests and perform field visits.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. • Four years civil engineering experience, two in design/construction. • Professional Engineer registration in Texas or obtain within 6 months. • Valid Driver's License. • Work authorization for employment in the US.
