About the role
Manage and develop new business opportunities for TechnoServe's East and West Africa regional team. Support program design and ensure alignment with global standards.
What you’ll do
• Contribute to new business strategy and assess regional performance. • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals. • Manage proposal development and coordinate dispersed teams. • Support research and evidence-based program design. • Engage with external stakeholders and manage donor knowledge.
What you’ll bring
• 7 years international development experience with Bachelor's degree. • 3 years business development with winning proposals. • Fluency in English; French proficiency desirable. • Strong communication and writing skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
