Lead end-to-end deployments and value realization for Cresta’s largest enterprise customers. Serve as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders for AI transformation programs.
What you’ll do
• Drive large-scale AI transformation programs. • Manage executive stakeholder relationships. • Lead cross-functional implementation teams. • Standardize delivery and governance practices. • Represent customer voice to executive team.
What you’ll bring
• 12+ years in enterprise customer delivery or program management. • Experience with large-scale software deployments >$5M ARR. • 3+ years managing implementation teams. • Strong executive communication and presence. • Work authorization for USA.
