About the role
Manage Monitoring, Learning, and Evaluation activities for the Immunization Demand Generation pilot in Nigeria. Lead field operations, data management, analysis, and reporting to support program impact.
What you’ll do
• Co-develop MLE plan and implement design. • Lead field operations and supervise enumerator teams. • Digitize tools and maintain data systems. • Ensure data quality and clean datasets. • Analyze data and produce reports for stakeholders.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in MLE activities with field and data analysis experience. • Experience leading large-scale digital surveys and managing teams. • Knowledge of Nigeria health data systems and IRB processes. • Master's preferred in Public Health or related field. • Work authorization for Nigeria required.
