About the role
Lead strategic and operational management of programmes supporting vulnerable women, children and families. Oversee beneficiary assessment, programme delivery, budgeting, partnerships, safeguarding, and team growth.
What you’ll do
• Identify and assess beneficiaries. • Develop and approve intervention plans. • Manage programme budgets and expenditures. • Coordinate programme delivery and monitor outcomes. • Establish partnerships and ensure safeguarding compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Public Health or related. • 5+ years NGO programme management experience. • Experience with vulnerable women, children and families. • Based in Port Harcourt and willing to travel Nigeria. • Knowledge of safeguarding and case management preferred.
