About the role
Responsible for end-to-end project accounting activities including billing, collections, cash application, expense processing, and financial reporting for assigned accounts. Ensures compliance with A/P and A/R controls while collaborating cross-functionally.
What you’ll do
• Establish projects in FinancialForce validating Salesforce data. • Complete billing for assigned accounts per contract terms. • Drive collections and reconcile invoices with customer portals. • Process expense reports and vendor invoices for projects. • Prepare revenue and project profitability reports.
What you’ll bring
• B.S. Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred. • 2-5 years corporate staff accountant experience. • Experience with ERP systems and reporting. • Advanced Excel proficiency for complex models. • Work authorization for US required.
