About the role
Lead end-to-end delivery of production projects ensuring planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and operational handover. Oversee post-commissioning stabilization and performance improvement to meet operational and business goals.
What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, food-manufacturing, and HSSE standards. • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and reports. • Supervise site preparation and equipment installation activities. • Lead equipment testing, commissioning, and trial production. • Coordinate training, change management, and handover to Operations.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline. • 8–10 years project management in manufacturing or FMCG. • Experience in equipment procurement and commissioning. • PMP, PRINCE2 certification preferred. • Strong leadership and project management skills.
