About the role
Support sales operations by managing bids, customer accounts, and order life cycles remotely within the United States. Ensure timely bid submissions and customer satisfaction through detailed process management.
What you’ll do
• Manage daily bids and RFQ bidding cycle for assigned customer accounts. • Analyze bid win/loss data and recommend actions. • Create and run bidding analytical dashboards and reports. • Manage entire order life cycle including setup, entry, and escalations. • Collaborate with operations to fulfill orders and meet customer requirements.
What you’ll bring
