About the role
Lead and support strategic planning, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives in addiction services. Provide consulting and project leadership to improve operational efficiency and support grant-funded projects.
What you’ll do
• Lead system planning, design, and implementation activities. • Conduct system assessments and process re-engineering. • Provide direction to clients, staff, and vendors. • Serve as subject matter expert in healthcare practice and systems. • Participate in grant acquisition and research initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years experience. • Minimum 5 years experience. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Self-motivated with ability to lead and adapt. • Highly skilled in use of personal computers.
