About the role
Lead and manage the Onne base development project including planning, coordination, and operational readiness. Ensure compliance, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Develop and manage project plan, scope, milestones, and reporting. • Coordinate design and development of infrastructure and equipment. • Obtain licences, permits, and ensure regulatory compliance. • Develop SOPs and coordinate operational processes across departments. • Manage budget, monitor costs, and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Master's/MBA is advantage. • Minimum 10 years oil and gas experience, 5 years in project management. • Experience in facility setup, base development, terminal operations. • Strong skills in project management, budgeting, risk management. • Work authorization for Nigeria; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
