About the role
Manage experiential marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring flawless live event delivery. Coordinate vendors, fabrication, and technical teams for brand activations and events.
What you’ll do
• Develop detailed project plans and production timelines. • Manage budgets ensuring quality and profitability. • Oversee fabrication and interpret technical designs. • Source and manage third-party vendors and technicians. • Lead on-site activations and troubleshoot live issues.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in project management software and Excel. • Bachelor’s or HND in related field; PMP/PRINCE2 a plus. • 4–5+ years in experiential marketing or live event production. • Willingness to work non-traditional hours and travel. • Ability to interpret 3D renders and technical layouts.
