About the role
Plan and manage residential projects ensuring contractual commitments are met on time and budget. Lead multi-disciplined teams and monitor project performance and revenue forecasts.
What you’ll do
• Negotiate and control project scope, schedules, and budgets. • Develop detailed work plans for architectural and engineering disciplines. • Lead quality assurance for construction drawings and specifications. • Coordinate with contractors and building authorities. • Act as primary liaison with clients and project teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in project management and client management. • Strong understanding of project accounting. • 10-15 years of project work experience. • Experience in residential projects is an asset. • Work authorization for United States.
