About the role
Drive day-to-day delivery for the Inclusivity Department in Nigeria. Support partners and participants to move into work on digital platforms while ensuring safeguarding.
What you’ll do
• Support onboarding and coordinate partner delivery. • Link partners and participants to DAWN platforms. • Carry out regular field visits to monitor delivery. • Implement safeguarding reporting mechanisms. • Provide delivery and coordination support.
What you’ll bring
• 3 years experience in field-based programs. • Experience working with partners and communities. • Preferred experience with young women, refugees, or disabled persons. • Ability to travel frequently and work in field. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Fluency in English.
