About the role
Support New York City property tax appeal operations with client communication, document processing, and analysis. Work remotely aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
What you’ll do
• Communicate with clients and staff via phone and email. • Assist with directing and handling incoming calls. • Prepare and process property tax appeal documents. • Review property assessments and assist with hearing preparation. • Maintain accurate records and update company systems.
What you’ll bring
• C1 English proficiency written and verbal. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. • Work authorization for remote role in Costa Rica.
