About the role
Coordinate and develop customized proposals and statements of qualifications for commercial and government markets. Manage proposal timelines, production, and submittal processes to meet deadlines.
What you’ll do
• Lead RFP response pipeline and attend planning meetings. • Coordinate proposal document assembly and delivery. • Schedule and track proposal production to meet deadlines. • Manage RFP timeline and client portal submissions. • Maintain marketing collateral and update proposals.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred. • 2+ years marketing/proposal experience in architecture, engineering, or construction. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have own cell phone and internet service. • Authorization to work in the US.
