About the role
Work on development, qualification, and automation of manufacturing and test processes for Raptor avionics. Scale up in-house production of avionics hardware including PCBAs, sensors, and harnessing.
What you’ll do
• Develop and qualify manufacturing processes for avionics production. • Maintain ownership of production line quality and safety. • Create and maintain production work instructions and training. • Oversee new product and revision implementation. • Investigate failures and drive corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in engineering. • 1+ years manufacturing experience. • U.S. work authorization per ITAR requirements. • Ability to stand long durations and work hands-on. • Willingness for occasional travel and long hours.
