About the role
Implement protection policies and provide technical guidance to ensure safe and principled protection programming for displacement-affected people in Borno. Coordinate protection activities, monitor risks, and support community-based protection initiatives.
What you’ll do
• Implement NRC Protection from Violence policies and standards. • Provide technical guidance to protection assistants and case workers. • Coordinate protection activities and referrals with partners. • Collect and analyze protection data and report risks. • Support capacity building and mentoring of partners and community networks.
What you’ll bring
• University degree in social work, psychology, law or related field. • Experience in protection case management and humanitarian settings. • Strong knowledge of protection principles and NRC procedures. • Excellent English communication skills; local languages a plus. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
