About the role
The Psychometrician provides oversight of the technical quality of educational assessment and analysis activities. They perform statistical analyses and contribute to research and data interpretation.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical operational and research projects. • Ensure quality control of deliverables. • Perform and monitor statistical analyses. • Conduct research and special analyses. • Assist in planning and coordinating statistical work.
What you’ll bring
• Ph.D. in Statistics or related field with quantitative emphasis. • Training in psychometric research and statistics. • Experience with assessment systems and sampling theory. • Ability to work effectively in a consulting team. • Excellent communication and SAS programming skills.
