About the role
Advance educational assessment through development of adaptive tests and other instruments. Mentor psychometricians and manage projects.
What you’ll do
• Mentor lower-level psychometricians. • Manage projects through implementation and evaluation. • Represent department to senior management and advocacy groups. • Apply psychometrics and statistics to test design and evaluation. • Coordinate with internal teams for product delivery.
What you’ll bring
• Doctoral degree or equivalent experience. • Proficiency with statistical software (e.g. SAS). • Experience in education research and test development. • Leadership and project management skills. • Authorized to work in the United States.
