About the role
Join the Certification team to develop tools that ensure hardware works properly with Ubuntu. Work on test automation and Linux-based embedded hardware to improve Linux adoption across devices.
What you’ll do
• Maintain and develop Python test automation tools. • Invent new remote automated testing methods. • Build software for in-house testing hardware. • Write functional and performance tests. • Participate in international meetings 2-3 times yearly.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Python programming. • Quality oriented software design approach. • Interest in test automation methodologies. • Experience with Ubuntu or Linux distributions. • Ability to work in a globally distributed team.
