About the role
Lead and improve QA processes and strategies across multiple teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor QA engineers.
What you’ll do
• Drive and improve QA processes and standards. • Define and implement QA strategy and testing scope. • Lead distributed QA teams and mentor engineers. • Participate in planning and release readiness. • Support integration of automation into QA processes.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in QA Lead or similar role. • Experience improving QA processes and quality standards. • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and strategies. • Experience with manual API testing and SQL queries. • English level B2 or higher.
