About the role
Monitor, test, and document product quality and food safety across operations. Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What you’ll do
• Carry out supplier and incoming-goods quality checks. • Prepare periodic quality reports for management. • Train production staff on quality and food safety practices. • Inspect and test raw materials and finished goods. • Investigate quality deviations and recommend corrective actions.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, NAFDAC requirements. • B.Sc./HND in Food Science or related field. • 3-4 years experience in food quality assurance. • Good communication and documentation skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
