About the role
Lead quality feedback loop for custom HVAC equipment. Improve processes and reliability through technical investigations and collaboration.
What you’ll do
• Lead field-to-factory quality investigations. • Translate field data into clear problem statements. • Develop field-ready repair solutions. • Maintain quality dashboards and reports. • Travel 10-20% domestically and internationally.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in engineering or equivalent experience. • 3+ years in manufacturing quality or reliability engineering. • Strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills. • Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, 8D, 5 Why, FMEA methods. • Ability to travel 10-20%, valid passport preferred.
