About the role
Investigate customer quality complaints and support continuous product improvement. Conduct field investigations and prepare reports.
What you’ll do
• Receive, record, classify, and track customer quality complaints. • Visit distributors, retail outlets, and customers for investigations. • Investigate product defects and storage or transportation issues. • Prepare investigation reports and monthly complaint summaries. • Coordinate with teams to resolve complaints and follow up on actions.
What you’ll bring
• OND, HND, or bachelor's degree preferred in related discipline. • At least one year relevant experience preferred. • Strong spoken and written English and report-writing skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. • Willingness to travel locally for investigations.
