About the role
Manage cost planning, project cost control, and procurement for construction and FM projects. Support business development and facility condition assessments.
What you’ll do
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, and project cost plans. • Monitor project expenditure and provide cost reports. • Support FM bids and pre-bid inspections. • Review contractor quotations and support final accounts. • Develop lifecycle cost assessments and capital expenditure estimates.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying. • 6-9 years relevant professional experience. • Professional membership with QSRBN preferred. • Proficiency in quantity surveying and cost management tools. • Experience in project cost management and FM bids.
