What you’ll do
• Monitor project costs and report to management. • Maintain documentation on quantity surveying and contracts. • Collaborate with design and engineering teams. • Evaluate tender submissions and provide cost analysis. • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Quantity Surveying. • NIQS Registered or at Stage III. • Minimum 5 years experience in construction. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Knowledge of local construction regulations.
