About the role
The Quantity Surveyor manages financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, including cost planning, control, and reporting. They collaborate with project teams to ensure projects meet financial targets and timelines.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ). • Conduct cost estimates and monitor project budgets. • Review contracts and evaluate contractor claims. • Support tender preparation and bid evaluations. • Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying or related field. • 7-10 years experience in commercial cost control and project planning. • Advanced skills in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and takeoff software. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
