About the role
Manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial control of construction projects. Ensure projects are delivered within budget and comply with regulations.
What you’ll do
• Prepare cost estimates and tender documents. • Monitor project costs and cash flow. • Evaluate and negotiate contracts and final accounts. • Conduct feasibility studies and cost planning. • Assess and certify contractor payment applications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying. • Minimum 5 years relevant construction experience. • Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts. • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
