About the role
Advance quantum information science and optical quantum systems through research and experimental prototypes. Collaborate with academic and engineering teams to develop quantum computing technologies.

• Conduct foundational and applied quantum information science research. • Lead theoretical algorithm discovery and novel qubit modalities. • Translate mathematical models into experimental prototypes. • Collaborate with academic and engineering teams. • Document and publish research findings.
What you’ll bring
• Master’s degree in Physics, Applied Physics, Mathematics or related. • 4+ years experience in quantum computing or information science. • Experience in theoretical algorithm discovery and quantum error-correction. • Ability to translate complex models into prototypes. • US Citizenship required.
