About the role
Manage full project lifecycle and scale real estate business operations. Build growth framework for sourcing land and property opportunities and grow revenue.
What you’ll do
• Identify and source new land and property acquisition opportunities. • Build and manage network of agents and brokers. • Develop and execute growth strategy with clear targets. • Oversee day-to-day operations and project execution. • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Estate Management, Law or related field. • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in real estate or business development. • Knowledge of Nigerian land title processes. • Project management certification is an advantage. • Proficiency in project tracking tools and office software.
