About the role
Serve as the first point of contact for law firm clients in Records Retrieval. Manage client communications and coordinate with retrieval teams to ensure timely delivery of records.
What you’ll do
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and tickets in Zendesk. • Check and communicate status on open requests treating details as PHI. • Review new orders for completeness and follow up on missing info. • Identify and resolve common blockers or escalate as needed. • Partner with teams to maintain client preferences and handle urgent requests.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years phone-based customer support experience. • Calm under pressure with urgency and excellent service. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Organized and process-driven managing multiple priorities. • Work authorization for United States.
