About the role
Manage and recover overdue loan accounts to strengthen the loan portfolio. Engage customers professionally to ensure timely repayments.
What you’ll do
• Manage and recover overdue loan accounts. • Conduct field visits to customers' locations. • Collaborate with Relationship Officers and Credit teams. • Monitor loan portfolios for early default signs. • Prepare and submit recovery reports.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • 2–4 years experience in loan recovery or microfinance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
