About the role
Oversee and manage the debt recovery process ensuring effective tracking and recovery of overdue accounts. Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
What you’ll do
• Handle special credit arrangements and payment deviations. • Lead recovery activities across cities and new locations. • Develop and manage collections teams. • Review debt recovery process effectiveness and policies. • Manage outsourcing of seriously past due accounts.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 3–5 years in debt recovery or collections, 1–2 years supervisory. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution abilities. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
