About the role
Oversee and manage the debt recovery process ensuring effective tracking, negotiation, and recovery of overdue accounts while maintaining compliance.
What you’ll do
• Lead recovery activities across all cities and new locations. • Handle special credit arrangements and payment deviations. • Review debt recovery process effectiveness and policies. • Manage outsourcing of seriously past due accounts to external agencies. • Execute asset recovery logistics with external service providers.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. • 3-5 years in debt recovery or collections, 1-2 years supervisory. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in debt recovery tools and CRM software. • Knowledge of credit policies and debt collection laws.
