About the role
The Recovery/ Verification Officer reviews loan applications and verifies customer information. They also monitor loan repayments and recover overdue accounts.
What you’ll do
• Review and verify loan applications and documents. • Conduct background and employment verifications. • Identify inconsistencies and escalate fraud indicators. • Monitor loan repayment schedules and overdue accounts. • Contact customers to recover outstanding payments.
What you’ll bring
• Work authorization for Nigeria. • Experience in loan verification or recovery. • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to conduct field visits. • Attention to detail and integrity.
