About the role

What you’ll do
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment stages. • Coordinate interview scheduling and feedback. • Ensure compliance with pre-employment documentation. • Support onboarding and candidate transition. • Maintain recruitment reports and quality checks.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years US recruitment operations experience. • Availability for US business hours. • Knowledge of Workday and ATS systems. • Strong English and Spanish communication. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
