About the role
As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles and partner closely with hiring managers. You will influence the teams building Mercury’s products and the experience of customers.
What you’ll do
• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and data roles. • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. • Source candidates proactively and creatively. • Communicate clearly with stakeholders on recruiting progress. • Own offer strategy and closing for searches.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3 years technical recruiting experience. • Strong sourcing skills beyond LinkedIn Recruiter. • Curiosity about products and team needs. • Alignment with Mercury’s values. • Work authorization for Canada or USA.
