About the role
The Recruiting Operations Analyst ensures the driver recruiting process is accurate and timely. They monitor applicant progress and prepare reports for management.
What you’ll do
• Review applicant records daily for accuracy. • Ensure applicants move through hiring steps on time. • Follow up with recruiters on stalled applicants. • Report incorrect record updates. • Send daily and weekly recruiting reports.
What you’ll bring
• 1+ year in recruiting, operations, or data entry. • Experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems. • Strong attention to detail and written communication. • Coursework or training in business, data or operations. • Reliable internet and computer; available US Central hours.
