About the role
Lead marine assurance, vessel assessments, and crew training to ensure safe and compliant vessel operations. Support operational improvements and navigational safety across the fleet.
What you’ll do
• Support marine assurance and deck training with simulator exercises. • Lead vessel inspections and operational assessments. • Assist fleet manager with performance analysis and procedure review. • Develop crew competence through training and mentoring. • Act as marine expert for safety and incident investigations.
What you’ll bring
• CoC as Master of vessel STCW Reg II/1. • Minimum Diploma level tertiary qualification. • 5-10 years maritime industry experience. • At least 5 years in seagoing positions.
