About the role
Process customer refunds accurately and timely to meet productivity metrics and service level agreements. Communicate with Payment Services and management on refund issues.
What you’ll do
• Process customer refunds accurately and timely. • Ensure cases meet internal service level agreements. • Communicate with Payment Services and Billing Manager. • Perform duties assigned by Billing and Refunds Manager.
What you’ll bring
• At least 1 year experience in Accounting. • Experience in accounts reconciliation and refunds management preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • University degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent. • Work authorization for Philippines.
