About the role
Lead growth, impact, and operations of the B Corp movement in the US and Canada. Scale and strengthen the B Corp network and build foundations for Canadian expansion.
What you’ll do
• Develop and lead US market strategy and operating plan. • Set goals for certification, recertification, and community growth. • Lead and unite distributed US/Canada team. • Own market operating model and P&L. • Serve as ambassador and build senior relationships.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years commercial leadership experience. • Experience with revenue growth and P&L management. • Ability to lead distributed teams through change. • Established senior US private sector relationships. • Work authorization for US.
