About the role
Lead internal audit functions for Nigeria supporting governance, risk management, and control processes. Provide assurance and advisory services to executive management and audit committees.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate internal audit pack preparation for board committees. • Review and finalize audit reports and meeting minutes. • Attend and contribute to audit committee meetings. • Lead internal audit special reviews across business units. • Manage audit engagements including business continuity audits.
What you’ll bring
• BSc or HND in Accounting or related discipline. • Membership in professional audit/accounting bodies required. • Minimum 15 years relevant experience with 8 in senior management. • Knowledge of internal auditing standards and corporate governance. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
