About the role
Lead physician leadership across Detroit and Chicago markets to improve care delivery and provider performance. Drive quality initiatives and market growth for underserved older adults.
What you’ll do
• Provide clinical leadership in Chicago or Detroit markets. • Partner with leadership to support growth initiatives. • Mentor and support physicians and advanced practice providers. • Lead quality improvement and clinical workflow optimization. • Support provider recruitment and retention.
What you’ll bring
• Active MD or DO license. • Board certification required. • 5+ years physician leadership experience preferred. • Experience managing multi-site healthcare operations preferred. • Work authorization for United States.
