About the role
Serve as the principal technical advisor for Falcon Complete regional operations. Provide hands-on leadership in incident response and technical quality assurance.

• Serve as principal technical advisor to regional leadership. • Lead technical initiatives and ensure quality standards. • Support complex incident response and technical escalation. • Conduct technical QA reviews and identify improvement opportunities. • Collaborate cross-functionally on detection and platform enhancements.
What you’ll bring
• Expert in incident handling and complex investigations. • Deep knowledge of threat actor tactics and MITRE ATT&CK. • Advanced forensic and malware analysis skills. • Experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux OS. • Work authorization for USA required.
