About the role
Lead sales efforts for Abbott's Electrophysiology products in a defined region. Manage sales plans, budgets, and a sales team to meet targets and improve processes.
What you’ll do
• Manage sales plans, targets, and budgets for the region. • Direct and support sales force personnel. • Build and motivate district sales team. • Maintain key client relationships and negotiate contracts. • Prepare sales forecasts and participate in market analysis.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. • 8+ years in CRM/EP product sales or related field. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Knowledge of physicians in CRM/EP medical market. • Must meet vendor credentialing including COVID-19 vaccination.
