About the role
Provide legal counsel on regulatory litigation and compliance related to US monitorships. Support regulatory investigations and enforcement actions with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate with Legal Department on regulatory litigation matters. • Support response to regulatory investigations and enforcement actions. • Provide guidance on AML and sanctions compliance programs. • Support regulatory filings and remediation efforts.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years legal experience in financial services or regulatory matters. • Knowledge of US AML and sanctions compliance programs. • Understanding of US financial products in crypto industry. • Strong analytical and project management skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
