About the role
Responsible for acquiring new customers, mobilising deposits, and promoting bank products. Maintain strong customer relationships and drive digital banking adoption.
What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations. • Gather market intelligence and feedback. • Build and maintain retail and SME customer relationships. • Open and onboard customer accounts per KYC. • Mobilise deposits and achieve sales targets.
What you’ll bring
• Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Minimum 3 years banking or sales experience. • HND/B.Sc. in related discipline.
