About the role
The Relationship Officer will grow the retail lending business by acquiring SME customers and promoting financing solutions. The role involves field sales, customer onboarding, and achieving sales targets.
What you’ll do
• Promote working capital and asset financing solutions. • Acquire retailers, merchants, and SME customers. • Generate leads through field visits and networking. • Support customer onboarding and loan disbursement. • Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
What you’ll bring
• 1–3 years experience in field sales, banking, fintech, lending, or FMCG. • Comfortable with fieldwork and target-driven sales. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
